Winter arrived a bit suddenly this year.

November - A New Starting Point for Role Models

On the 4th of this month, Xianglong Project –

the boutique training course of Htchargerpower Business School

was officially launched

From November 2021 to June 2022

the training sessions will be held every two weeks

to help managers of manufacturing center

improve theirmanagement capabilities

At the launching ceremony of the Xianglong Project

the Executive Vice Presidents took turns to deliver speeches on stage.

In their speeches, the two leaders not only put forward thecore issues and management loopholes for the management of team leaders

they also showed their care for all team members

and expressed their best wishes to the “Xianglong Project” and all the trainees.
